Who you are contracting with
This event is organised by SNK Dance Company, a sole proprietorship whose proprietor is Tysun, operating from 4th Floor, above KPN Fresh Super Market, Dammaiguda, Kapra, Hyderabad 500083, Telangana.
In these terms, "we", "us" and "the organiser" mean SNK Dance Company. "You" means the school registering its students, and the parents or guardians of a participating student where the context requires it.
The event
School students from across Hyderabad perform a single choreographed Tollywood dance routine for fifteen minutes without stopping, as an attempt at a record with the India Book of Records.

Timings published on this website are indicative. Your school's exact arrival slot, parking bay and departure sequence are issued on the final call sheet before the event, and that call sheet takes precedence.
Registration and fees
Registration is completed on our booking page. The participation fee is ₹799 per student, payable on that same page at the time of registration. A school's place is confirmed once payment is received and the receipt has been sent to the organiser on WhatsApp.
Registration closes on 23 October 2026. Registrations and student numbers cannot be added or changed after that date.
The fee covers seven to ten days of in-school training by our instructors, an event T-shirt, drinking water and a snack box on the day, a school ID band, a participation certificate, event photography, and inclusion in the record documentation.
Schools arrange and pay for their own transport to and from the venue.
What the school is responsible for
- Supervision of its own students at all times — during training, in transit, and for the whole of the event day. Our volunteers assist with movement and positioning; they do not take over supervision.
- Obtaining consent from the parent or guardian of every participating student, including consent to being photographed and filmed.
- Telling the coordinator in advance about any student with a medical condition, allergy or requirement our team should know about.
- Arranging transport, and completing a headcount against its own attendance list before departure.
- Providing accurate contact details and student numbers at registration.
What we are responsible for
- Delivering the training programme at your campus on a schedule agreed with you.
- Certified doctors and a stationed ambulance on site for the full duration, with marked first-aid points.
- Security, barricaded routes, crowd management and a trained volunteer team.
- Drinking water stations, mobile washrooms, and fire-safety equipment on standby.
- Obtaining the permissions required to hold the event.
The record attempt
This is an attempt at a record. We do not promise, and cannot promise, that a record will be approved, awarded or recognised. No part of the fee is contingent on the outcome.
Adjudication, verification and participant documentation are carried out by the record authority and its officials, not by us. Their decision is final and outside our control.
Guests and the programme
Guests named on this website are invited and expected to attend. Their appearance is not guaranteed and no part of the fee is attributable to it. We may change the programme, the running order, the choreography or the timings where circumstances require, and will tell participating schools of material changes through their coordinator.
Photography, film and media
The event is photographed and filmed, including from the air, as part of the record documentation and for promotion of the event and future events. Full details, and how to object, are in our Photography & Media notice.
Conduct and removal
We may ask a student, teacher or accompanying adult to leave the venue where their conduct puts the safety of others at risk or disrupts the event. No refund arises in that situation.
Liability
We take the safety arrangements described above seriously and staff them before the first bus is allowed in. Subject to that, and to the extent permitted by law, our liability to a school or a participant is limited to the participation fee received for that student. We are not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings brought to the venue, or for matters outside our reasonable control including weather, public authority instructions, civil disruption or the acts of third parties.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud, where the law does not permit that limit.
Fees and cancellation
Fees are non-refundable. The circumstances in which fees carry over, and the one case in which a refund is made, are set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
Grievance contact
