Privacy Policy
This website collects nothing
There is no form, no login and no field to type into anywhere on this site. It sets no cookies, uses no analytics and carries no tracking pixels.
The typefaces are served from this site rather than from a font service, so
visiting these pages does not announce you to one. The site loads one external
file — an animation library from cdnjs.cloudflare.com — and that
request carries your IP address to Cloudflare's content network, as any request
for a file carries an IP address to the server it is asked of.
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages and GitHub Pages. Like all web hosting, those services keep short-lived server logs that include IP addresses, for security and abuse prevention. We do not have access to them in a form that identifies a visitor, and we do not analyse them.
Registration happens somewhere else
The "Register your school" button opens a booking page operated by cofee.life, a separate company. Everything you type — school name, coordinator name, phone number, student numbers — and the payment itself are collected there under their systems and their privacy policy, not ours. Please read their policy on their page before submitting anything.
We receive the registration details they pass to us, and we use them only to run the event.
What we hold, and why
- From the school
- School name and address, coordinator name, phone number and email, and the number of participating students.
- From the payment
- The receipt or screenshot you send on WhatsApp, and the transaction reference. We do not see or store card, UPI or bank credentials — those stay with the payment provider.
- About students
- Numbers and names for attendance and certificates, held through the school. Any medical information a school chooses to tell us in advance, used only for the safety arrangements on the day.
We use this to plan training schedules, allot ground space and arrival slots, produce certificates and ID bands, complete the record documentation, and contact your coordinator about the event. We do not sell it, rent it, or use it for unrelated marketing.
Students are children
Participants are school students, and most are minors. We deal with the school, not with students directly. Schools obtain consent from each participant's parent or guardian before registering them, including consent to photography and film, and confirm to us that they have done so. We ask schools to give us no more student information than the event actually requires.
Who else sees it
- The record authority and its officials, for participant documentation and verification.
- Our instructors, ground team and medical staff, so far as they need it to do their job on the day.
- Photographers and videographers engaged for the event.
- Public authorities, where we are required to provide it.
How long we keep it
Registration and attendance records are kept while the event is being organised and for a reasonable period afterwards, so that certificates, accounts and the record submission can be completed and queried. Media recorded at the event is kept as part of the permanent documentation of the attempt — see the Photography & Media notice.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you or your school, ask us to correct something that is wrong, or ask us to delete information we no longer need. Contact the grievance officer below. We may need to keep some records where the law, the record submission or our accounts require it, and we will say so if that is the case.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
